- No. They open a link, review the quote, download the PDF, and sign. No login.
- Can I change every price?
- Yes. The class bases, feature adders, calibration prices, and add-ons are all yours to edit in the price book.
- Does it know exact part prices?
- There is no parts API by design. Your price book covers each vehicle class, and you can type the exact part price on any line after your distributor lookup.
- How does calibration work on the quote?
- Pick dynamic, static, or dual per windshield. It prints as its own line so it is never forgotten.
- Can I handle insurance jobs?
- Capture the insurer, claim number, and deductible. The customer sees their out-of-pocket, and the claim number prints on the PDF.
- Is the e-signature binding?
- It is a click-wrap record with the signer's typed name, timestamp, and a hashed IP. Check your state for what it requires.
- Can a second installer use it?
- Yes, on the Crew plan, which includes up to five seats.
